Orders are packed carefully and sent once the piece is ready.

Because each artwork is made to order, pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or the wrong item is sent.

If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us with photos of the parcel and the piece as soon as possible so we can sort the next step.
